Annual General Meeting

This year, the Meet 'n Greet, AGM and BBQ will be held at CFS Leitrim while the Farewell Breakfast will be at Dunn's Famous Bank Street Deli. At the last AGM our members voted in a small reservation fee for the BBQ in order to accurately determine attendance. This is $10/adult or youth and $5/child under 12, and can be paid electronically by sending an Interac e-transfer to treasurer@saoc-central.ca. So if your party consists of the member and 1 adult guest, plus 2 children, the reservation amount would be $30.

Additionally, the Hilton Garden Inn Ottawa Airport has offered out of town SAOC members a group discount rate of $134/night for 'One King Standard', 'Two Queen w/ roll in shower', and 'Two Queen hearing mobility with tub' rooms, or $144/night for 'Two Queen Deluxe' rooms. All bookings must be made before Tuesday, 17th of July 2018 in order to guarantee availability, and on an as-available basis after that date. Anyone wishing to take advantage of this is to indicate such on the form below, and on receipt of the reservation fee mentioned above the group reservation code for the hotel will be sent to you.

Friday 17th of August:

1800-2200: Meet & Greet at CFS Leitrim.

Saturday 18th of August:

1200-2000: Annual General Meeting & BBQ at CFS Leitrim, with a hamburger and hot dog lunch being available prior to the AGM.

Sunday 19th of August:

0800-1000: Farewell breakfast at Dunn's Famous Bank Street Deli.
